J. Zachary Kelley is the Assistant Dean of Student Resources and Internal Research at the College of Law. In this role, he oversees the Office of the Registrar; provides internal research, data collection and analysis, and other information needs for the College; leads compliance reporting; manages Student Code of Conduct and Student Grievances proceedings; and develops operational plans and procedures to manage and improve the student experience.

Prior to his role as Assistant Dean of Student Resources and Internal Research, Kelley served as the College’s Registrar. Before joining the College of Law, he was Registrar at Cazenovia College. Kelley has also previously served as Systems Analyst in Syracuse University’s Office of Financial Aid and Scholarship Programs and Associate Director of Financial Aid at Gettysburg College.

Kelley received a master’s degree in higher education administration from Syracuse University and a bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, in business administration from Alfred University.
