Josh Cotter is a staff attorney at Legal Services of Central New York. He is a graduate of Albany Law School and has been admitted to the New York bar since 2013. At LSCNY Josh’s practice focuses on civil rights and disability rights issues. In recognition of Josh’s work on behalf of his clients he was the recipient of the 2016 New York State Bar Association Dennison Rey Civil Legal Services Staff Attorney Award.
