Professor True-Frost Presents on Travel Equality

Professor Cora True-Frost G’01, L’01 Presented “Travel Equality:  Exercising the Right to Free Movement” at the American Association of Law Schools Section on Disability Law Works in Progress Conference.

“The article will build on theories of equality for Persons With Disabilities under American constitutional law, by sketching how both the equal protection clause or privileges and immunities clauses could be theorized to require, at a minimum, disclosure of information regarding accessibility, as was at issue in Acheson Hotels v. Laufer.  Using the prism of constitutional travel equality calls into question the historic limits of U.S. equal protection doctrine regarding Persons With Disabilities,” says True-Frost.
