As such, we have partnered with Kaplan to provide holistic programming and support for all Syracuse Law students beginning in their 1L year, culminating with a comprehensive Kaplan bar review course for all graduates.

- Pre-1L Diagnostic: Identifies students who may be academically at risk from day one, allowing us to collaborate early with targeted support.
- 1L/2L Curriculum: Asynchronous materials for academic success programs.
- 2L Skills Course (Traditional and NextGen): Asynchronous materials to improve key academic skills necessary for success on the bar exam.
- MPRE Prep Program
- Rising 2L Diagnostic: Helps to assess the skills of rising 2Ls and areas of opportunity for all students, including identifying students who may need additional skills support.
- Rising 3L Diagnostics: Pinpoints strengths and weaknesses in bar-related skills for rising 3Ls, ensuring they are better prepared for the bar exam.
- MBE Intensive Program: Helps to target and improve MBE performance.
- Asynchronous Self-Study Materials: A comprehensive library of instructional videos, accessible anytime, to reinforce key concepts.
- Formative Assessment Question Bank for Faculty: This resource allows us to integrate 1L and bar-related questions into our curriculum, providing ongoing practice and assessment opportunities.
- Next-Gen and Traditional Courses: Kaplan’s offerings include both traditional bar preparation and NextGen courses, catering to various learning styles and exam formats.
- Free CLE: Kaplan will offer free continuing legal education (CLE) opportunities for graduates in their first year of practice.
- Data and Analytics Support: This will enable us to track student progress and outcomes more effectively, allowing for data-driven interventions and adjustments.
