Professor Nina Kohn Discusses Conservatorship in the Wake of Britney Spears’s Recent DUI Arrest

Distinguished Professor of Law Nina Kohn recently spoke with US Weekly about Britney Spears’ recent DUI arrest and her previous conservatorship.

Kohn said, “The fact that someone makes bad choices doesn’t mean that a court can — or should — impose a conservatorship.”
