Baker, director of the Syracuse University Institute for Security Policy and Law, recently spoke about the Russian-Ukrainian War to a group of more than 100 students, faculty, and select invited practitioners (including from several Embassies in London). Held at King’s College London Department of War Studies, the event was supported by the King’s Intelligence and Security Research Group and by the British Academy Global Professorships program.
