Margaret M. Harding

Professor Margaret Harding teaches civil procedure, alternative dispute resolution, and securities regulation, and conducts research in the arbitration law and practice area. 

She earned a bachelor’s degree from Boston University and a juris doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was Articles and Notes Editor of the American Criminal Law Review. After graduation, she entered private practice with a leading New York City law firm, specializing in corporate and commercial litigation.
