Professor Risman has taught for 30 years as a law school faculty member, first with the Albany Law School as a Legal Skills Professor, and now here at the College of Law.

He teaches LCR I, LCR II, LCR III, and two LL.M. Master of Laws courses, as well as an upper-level bar passage course. He has coached numerous moot court teams over the past 30 years, including the College of Law’s award-winning National Moot Court Competition team, and teaches in “Orange Edge” and “Orange Plus” pre-1L courses offered by the College of Law to entering students. He has taught his courses overseas as well.

He has been admitted to practice in New York and Federal courts for the past 30 years.
