Lynn S. Levey L’94 has worked on violence prevention initiatives within the criminal justice system and higher education settings as a Research Associate, a Director of Problem-Solving Courts initiatives, a Title IX Coordinator, an Assistant Dean of Students, and a professor. Levey is a Distinguished Lecturer teaching Title IX Investigations in the JDinteractive Program.
At the National Center for State Courts and the Center of Courts Innovation, her work focused on reforming how traditional criminal justice practices could be more responsive to the needs of people who experience sexual or relationship violence. At Syracuse University College of Law, she taught Legal Writing and a course on the Violence Against Women Act. Levey now works at the Prevention Innovations Research Center at the University of New Hampshire and as a consultant for Title IX matters.
