Richard Southwick is a federal prosecutor in Syracuse, New York. He served as a Senior Assistant District Attorney in The Onondaga County District Attorney’s Office (Syracuse, New York) from 1983-1992. Mr. Southwick holds degrees from St. Lawrence University and the Syracuse University College of Law. He has been an adjunct professor at SUCOL since 1999, teaching Trial Practice.
