Professor McAuliffe is a member of Bousquet Holstein PLLC. Her primary practice areas are ERISA/employee benefits and estates and trusts. For over 20 years Professor McAuliffe has advised clients with regard to the establishment and maintenance of qualified retirement plans and other employee benefit plans and programs. She represents clients in connection with matters before the Internal Revenue Service, the Department of Labor and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation. Prior to obtaining her law degree, Professor McAuliffe was the Director of Employee Benefits for Green & Seifter, Certified Public Accountants, PLLC, providing plan compliance and recordkeeping services for qualified retirement plans.

Professor McAuliffe also assists clients in all aspects of the estate planning process, with a particular interest and corresponding expertise in the area of estate planning for retirement benefits.

Professor McAuliffe earned her Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law, a Masters of Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Syracuse University and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame.

Professor McAuliffe is a frequent lecturer for bar associations and other professional organizations. She is actively involved in the community, serving on several local boards of directors.
